The Cremation Association of North America and Funeral Home Gifts brings you this timely webinar with potential CEU credits for you tomorrow, June 29, 2022. Here’s what CANA had to say about the webinar in a recent press release:
The do-it-yourself community has flourished in the years since the US economic crisis of 2008. DIY projects are directly tied to life changing events: a graduation, getting married, having a baby—and even the death of a family member. Unfortunately, this often means the funeral professional is left on the outside looking in—but it doesn’t have to be that way! Lacy Robinson and the Cremation Association of North America (CANA) offer a free webinar to teach you how to reposition your role and partner with DIY families on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 1pm CT.
Data shows that 50% of DIY consumers are female and 52% are between the ages of 24 and 44—a mix of Gen X and Millennials. These are the people you meet in the arrangement conference every day. They love to bring people together. They honor old family traditions even as they establish new ones. How can you add value to these DIY-ers’ life tribute events?
Lacy Robinson brings 16 years of customer service training experience as she shows you how to be an idea-generator and bring an extra level of service to these families. In this one-hour session, you will learn how to expand your credibility and speak the DIY language to better connect with hands-on individuals. Discover how to add new questions to the arrangement conference to open up the discussion about unique ideas and meaningful participation.
Empower your arrangements with new ideas, great resources, and the increased confidence you need to embrace the growing DIY culture. Join Lacy Robinson and CANA on Wednesday, June 29 at 1pm CT. Register for this free webinar, brought to you by Funeral Home Gifts here:
