In the aftermath of the devastating tornado that hit the southeast portion of the United States, the Alabama Mortuary Response Team has been called into action.  According to this article from the Cullman Times, at least 23 individuals have died as a result of the twister.

The tornado struck Sunday and according to the article was the deadliest tornado since May 2013.
