Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue and increased innovation.
“We are honored to be named as a ‘Great Place to Work’ again,” said Kris Seale, President and CEO of Funeral Directors Life. “Year in and year out, we take great pride in this achievement and continue to improve the culture we’ve built. Just this past year, we’ve adopted a new mantra: ‘LEO’ or ‘Love Each Other,’ a phrase made popular by Indiana University’s head football coach Tom Allen. Our people certainly care for one another and make Funeral Directors Life a great place to work.”
To acquire recertification, Funeral Directors Life’s employees completed an anonymous survey in which they ranked the workplace culture, leadership, benefits, and other factors within the company.
