Readers favorite articles — Disinterments, Death Rates, and The Future all in Top 5 this month

When Funeral Director Daily put out our last list of Top Five read articles for the month it was on the heels of Holiday readership which dropped.  Well, our readership for January rebounded to almost record levels and it appears that part of the reason was that there was something of interest for readers of all interests.

I also find it interesting that sometimes when I put out an article that I feel has interest for certain topical readers of Funeral Director Daily, but maybe not interest for the masses of our readers I get a surprise when I see the number of readers for that article.  That happened to be the case this month with the article titled “Offender to be dis-interred and removed from Fort Sam Houston National Military Cemetery”.

In general, “Business”, articles which I tend to look at as the mainstream interest topic of Funeral Director Daily readers, get the most page views.  However, I was surprised when last month the “Disinterment” article captured the top spot by over a 3 to 1 ratio over any other article. . . . Just goes to show that there is a diverse interest in the articles that go forth from Funeral Director Daily. . . . Thanks for any that you read — I’m continually humbled by the numbers that we are drawing to our pages!!!
