Last week the Legacy Funeral Group announced the acquisition of the Charlie Marshall Funeral Homes.  The Charlie Marshall Funeral Homes were founded in 1949 and have served the Texas communities of Aransas Pass and Rockport for over 65 years.  You can read a press release on the transaction here.

According to the press release, the Legacy Funeral Group, founded in 1998, now has more than 100 funeral homes under their control.
