Trouble With Processions — Give the Funeral Nav a Try

When we started Funeral Director Daily it was our hope that by bringing you issues and topics in the death care industry we would be able to not only help you in understanding those issues, but help in finding solutions to them as well.

Last week we published an article about funeral procession escorts and the many communities that are just not able to help with them free of charge anymore.  That has led to problems ranging from accidents to mourners in the procession just flat getting lost.

The article led to a comment from one of our readers, J.M. Bernaudo, who has invented a smart phone app for funeral processions.  In essence it works by being able to download the app and let everyone in the procession follow the lead car on their smart phone.  A clever solution.  Here is the web-site for what Mr. Bernaudo calls FuneralNav.

If you read an article on Funeral Director Daily and believe that you know of a product or solution to what we are talking about, send us an e-mail and we will check it out. . . . maybe you will be able to help others in the industry.
