Starmark accelerates expansion

In a press release received earlier this week Starmark, a leading manufacturer of funeral and cremation supplies covering all of North America with factory direct shipping, announced the expansion of its “white glove delivery service into many new markets within Alabama, Arkansas, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Northern California, Oregon, Tennnessee, Washington, and Wisconsin”.
The press releases adds, “By adding these white glove delivery service centers, Starmark is ahead of its planned growth schedule. Starmark is significantly strengthening its ability to serve funeral homes, crematories, and cemeteries throughout North America with faster lead times, improved product availability, and more responsive local support.”
According to Landon Elder, Senior Director of Logistics for Starmark, “Long-time Starmark factory direct customers have been asking us to expand the Starmark white glove delivery model into these markets, and we’ve listened. This growth wasn’t driven by a corporate expansion plan alone; it was driven by funeral professionals who want greater access to Starmark’s products by white glove delivery and support. The Starmark team is proud to be growing alongside these smart funeral professionals who benefit from Starmark products.”
Michael Jewart, Starmark Chief Commercial Officer added these comments, “Starmark’s forever mission is to help funeral professionals succeed. When funeral homes and cremation providers have access to quality products, dependable service, and competitive pricing, they are better positioned to serve families and strengthen their funeral care businesses now and into the future.”

Funeral Director Daily take: Over the years I’ve watched Starmark grow, somewhat in concert with the growth of North America’s cremation rate. I’m impressed with the wide array of products that they now have available to North America’s funeral homes crematories, and cemeteries.
