Last week Canadian based public company funeral home and cemetery operator Park Lawn Corporation released its 3rd Quarter and 9-month results for 2019. You can see them here.
The fast growing company reported 2019 3Q revenues of $66.5 million as compared to 2018 3rd Quarter revenues of $43.2 million. . .an increase of 54%. They also reported 9-month 2019 revenue of $175.3 million as compared to $110.7 million for the same period in 2018.
Park Lawn also noted that the revenue growth from “comparable business units” was an increase of 3.1% for the 9-month period.
The company also highlighted the acquisition of the Horan & McConaty Funeral Services in Colorado, the completion of the third floor construction of the Mausoleum of Faith at Westminster Cemetery in Toronto, and a definitive agreement to acquire five cemeteries and five funeral homes in Texas as part of their 3rd Quarter accomplishments.
In the report, Chief Executive Officer Andrew Clark stated, “Park Lawn Corporation had a steady quarter, with strong organic growth and margin expansion. We remain focused on integration of the U.S. platform as well as continuing to look for both organic growth and acquisition opportunities in both the U.S. and Canada to further our operational footprint.”
